Description
Several wild springs are visible along the Couze of Ardes. An interpretation path guides you to 3 springs. These are salted and ferruginous springs, rich in calcium and magnesium. Old people recommended it for the liver, the digestion and the anaemia. It’s cold, a little alkaline and with an acid taste. 3 springs pour in the Couze: the most famous is the “spring of the hill”. The Ardésie’s springs are taped and commercialized.
